Needed a mattress and box spring removed. Same day service, very quick, professional, friendly, reasonably priced and an overall great experience. No headache and now I can enjoy my Saturday without worrying about disposing a bulky mattress. Highly recommended.

I called Just Junk on a Saturday and received a time slot for the following Monday. I appreciate that they sent e-mail confirmations and receipts (after removal) of the transaction. I got a call 30mins beforehand alerting me to their arrival. Once they arrived they did a quick walkthrough of the items we wanted removed and then gave us a quote. We approved the quote and the gentalmen got to work loading the truck. I was pleasantly surprised when once they were done loading the items, they swept up the mess made on the driveway. It was also nice that they accept debit on-site. All in all, it took the guys maybe 30mins to load and then clean everything. Will definitely be using the service again.

We were very pleased with the service they provided. They were very quick and did everything as advertised. They were even an hour early which worked out even better for us. I'm sure we'll be using them again in the future. They exceeded our expectations.
